Open the app, make sure you are signed in, then go to Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock after a minute, contact support and include your Apple ID purchase receipt date.
In AuroraWatch, open Settings or Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your active App Store subscription on the same Apple ID.
Check three things: iOS notifications are allowed for AuroraWatch, notifications are enabled inside the app, and your alert types (Aurora Now / Proximity) are turned on.
Widgets refresh on a system-managed schedule to save battery. Opening AuroraWatch triggers a fresh sync more quickly. If needed, remove and re-add the widget to force a reload.
