I bought Pro but it is not unlocked yet.+

Open the app, make sure you are signed in, then go to Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock after a minute, contact support and include your Apple ID purchase receipt date.

How do I restore purchases?+

In Aurora Watch Global, open Settings or Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your active App Store subscription on the same Apple ID.

Why are notifications not working?+

Check three things: iOS notifications are allowed for Aurora Watch Global, notifications are enabled inside the app, and your alert types (Aurora Now / Proximity) are turned on.

Why does my widget show older data?+

Widgets refresh on a system-managed schedule to save battery. Opening Aurora Watch Global triggers a fresh sync more quickly. If needed, remove and re-add the widget to force a reload.

Why is my location or forecast wrong?+

Confirm Location Services are set to While Using App (or Always for alerts), and verify your selected city/coordinates in-app. VPNs and coarse location permissions can reduce accuracy.

Can I share aurora forecasts with friends?+

Yes. Use the in-app Share action on snapshots to send rich preview links in iMessage and social apps.
